We show that birational hyper-K\"ahler varieties of K3[n]-type are derived equivalent, establishing the D-equivalence conjecture in these cases. The Fourier-Mukai kernels of our derived equivalences are constructed from projectively hyperholomorphic bundles, following ideas of Markman.
