Revised status of the genus Tortrilema Volynkin with descriptions of a new genus and a new species (Lepidoptera: Erebidae: Arctiinae: Lithosiini)

The genus-group name Tortrilema Volynkin, 2021 is upgraded to species level and restricted to the ‘postmaculosa Matsumura’ species-group sensu Volynkin (2021) while the ‘labahe Volynkin & Saldaitis species-group’ sensu Volynkin (2021) is erected to the new genus Tortribitecta gen. n. A new species of the genus Tortrilema, Tortrilema fangae sp. n. is described from south-eastern mainland China (Fujian-Jiangxi border). Four new combinations are introduced: Tortrilema postmaculosa (Matsumura, 1927), comb. n., Tortrilema lienquan (Volynkin & Saldaitis, 2021), comb. n., Tortribitecta nubes (Volynkin, 2021), comb. n., and Tortribitecta labahe (Volynkin & Saldaitis, 2021), comb. n. Adults as well as male and female genitalia of both genera along with the related Parabitecta Hering in Draeseke, 1926 are illustrated.
