In this theoretical research, we have derived new equation of state (EOS) based on empirical concepts. This new EOS is suitable at high as well as low compression ranges for solids. In this study, pressure and bulk modulus of different solids have been established at high pressure. In the theoretical study four different solids viz. MgO, LiF, Ne and Ar have been considered. The exact matching of our work with previous workers leads to the conclusion that the new EOS can be used for calculating the thermo elastic properties of different solids.
