The Factors Influencing Indiscipline Among Seconadary School Students

Discipline plays a crucial role in maintaining order and building a good learning environment in educational institutions and classrooms.Its influence on education and the learning process is far-reaching.The research work is based on total 3 objectives.The first objective deals with the nature of indiscipline among secondary school students of Barpali block of Bargarh district.The second objective deals with the factors that influence indiscipline among students, and the third objective deals with the strategies that are being taken to arrest the problem of indiscipline in the schools.The responses are recorded through questionnaire and interview schedule from the teachers and head teachers of the schools that fall under the block and results are measured on frequency percentage calculation.
