Migration Security as a Constituent of Public, State and National Security of Russia

The analysis showed that migration security is a component of public, State and national security. Objects of protection have been identified and threats in the field of migration have been identified, primarily on the basis of the study of strategic planning acts. The shortcomings of the legal regulation in the field of migration, in particular with regard to compatriots living abroad, have been identified. At the theoretical level, the relationship between migration security and other types of security is clarified, and the objects of protection and threats in the field of migration are defined. The practical significance is due to the identification of legal norms in legislation that reduce security in the field of migration.
