This research aims to analyze and describe the effectiveness of the Youth Family Development Program (BKR) in minimizing the occurrence of early marriage in Sidoarjo Regency. The methodology used is descriptive qualitative, with data collected through observations, interviews, and documentation. The study employs five effectiveness indicators: target accuracy, program understanding, timeliness, goal achievement, and tangible changes. The findings reveal that the implementation of the BKR Program is not yet optimal, with low program understanding among the community and minimal participation. Only 5-10 out of 25-30 target participants attend the socialization. The lack of participation hinders the achievement of the program's goals, which should ideally reduce the incidence of early marriage. In conclusion, although the BKR Program has potential, its effectiveness needs to be enhanced through more intensive socialization and increased community participation.
