The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, price perception, and Word of Mouth (WOM) on purchasing decisions for refill perfume products in Sidoarjo. The method used is a quantitative approach with sampling techniques using purposive sampling techniques using the Lemeshow formula, resulting in 96 respondents. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire, which was then analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. Data processing in this study using the SPSS 25 software program. The results of this study prove that product quality affects purchasing decisions, price perceptions affect purchasing decisions, and word of mouth affects purchasing decisions.
