This research aims to examine the effect of implementing an accounting information system on the quality of financial reports with the quality of human resources as a moderating variable. This research is a quantitative research with the population in this research being the Pasuruan Regency Housing and Settlement Area Service. The data analysis used in this research is SmartPLS 3. The results of this research show that accounting information systems can influence the quality of financial reports and the quality of human resources is proven to moderate the quality of human resources on the quality of financial reports.
