B and C, In a competitive binding assay using U937 cells (FLT3⁻/CD99⁺), we treated U937 cells with all three of our fusion proteins followed by incubation with a FITC conjugated CD99 commercial antibody (cAb) and measured CD99 cAb FITC signal using flow cytometry. We observed inhibition within both the CD99-A192 and Co-Assembled-treated groups compared with the control group.
