This study aims to evaluate the implementation of SIPADES in managing village assets, analyze the benefits and challenges faced, and provide recommendations for improving the system. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results of the study indicate that SIPADES is able to provide significant benefits in managing village assets, including increasing transparency in recording assets, ease of tracking and monitoring assets, and reducing the risk of loss or misuse of assets. However, there are several challenges that need to be overcome, such as the lack of understanding and technical skills of village officials, as well as technical constraints related to technological infrastructure in the village. Based on these findings, it is recommended to improve training and socialization on the use of SIPADES to village officials, as well as improve technological infrastructure in the village.
