Abstract Pulmonary cryptococcosis is an uncommon invasive fungal infection of the lungs seen in immunocompromised individuals but increasingly reported among the immunocompetent. We report on a rare case of pulmonary cryptococcosis in the immune component host highlighting the unique clinical and radiological presentation.
