This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Next-Generation Social Welfare Information System (SIKS-NG) in Kupang Village, Jabon District, Sidoarjo Regency. Using descriptive qualitative methods with an approach through observation and interviews and using primary and secondary data types. The results of this research are the first indicators of goal achievement where the Kupang Village government has collected data according to reports provided by the local RT and RW. However, the Kupang Village Government did not visit these residents. Second, the Integration indicator is a socialization activity carried out by the Social Service and then continued by the Kupang Village through meetings involving the local RT, RW and Kasun. The three Adaptation indicators in selecting a SIKS-NG application operator include several considerations, namely regarding the ability to operate a computer well. Apart from choosing operators who have adequate capabilities, Kupang Village has also provided adequate facilities
