The advancement of digital technology has made information technology the main medium in communication and business and non-business transactions, which increases time and cost efficiency. However, to prevent modification of documents by unauthorized parties, the use of electronic signatures is very important. . The purpose of this research is to identify electronic signatures that are in accordance with the ITE Law so that they have legal force and are valid. As well as providing an explanation regarding the forms of electronic signatures that are legally used in Indonesia..
