Problems and Prospects for Improving Ukrainian Legislation on Ip Rights Protection in the Fashion Industry in the Context of European Integration

Undoubtedly, in the period of globalization movements and Ukraine's full integration into the European political and legal space, the actualization of the issues and prospects of Ukraine's national legislation on the protection of intellectual property rights, in particular in the fashion industry, is of great importance. Since 2014, the national legislative, executive and judicial authorities of Ukraine have been forming a clear legal architecture for the protection of personal non-property and property rights to intellectual property rights, adopting relevant regulations, bylaws, court decisions, etc. within their competence.
