Innovative Tools for Hotel Management

Purpose. Determining the essence of the mechanism for managing the innovative activities of a hotel enterprise, highlighting modern innovative technologies that can be used to improve the management of a hotel enterprise. Methodology. The following methods were used in the study: theoretical generalization, analysis and synthesis, system approach, logical method. Results. The article establishes that for the survival of enterprises in modern crisis conditions, it is necessary to form an effective organizational and economic mechanism for managing activities, which includes the management structure, goals and objectives, management principles, support, management methods, tools and levers of influence. The principles on which the management of a hotel enterprise should be based in modern conditions are determined. The advantages of implementing innovative tools are highlighted. The main tools for automation and digitalization of the hotel business are revealed, their advantages and capabilities. Scientific novelty. The components of the organizational and economic mechanism for managing innovative activities are determined and an analysis of innovative tools for hotel enterprise management is conducted.
