Improving The Quality Of Human Resources Towards a Superior School At Luqman Al Hakim Integral Primary School Situbondo

The growing Islamic da'wah activities have influenced the growth and development of Islamic education in Indonesia. Luqman Al Hakim Situbondo Integral Elementary School is one of several Islamic educational institutions in Situbondo. Trying to answer the needs of society by synergizing learning materials and monotheism content as well as habits of worship to create student output that has a better understanding of Islam. So there needs to be a plan to improve the quality of superior human resources in the school. The method used in this research is descriptive research, with the aim of getting a clearer picture of social situations. The hope from this research is that schools have human resources, curriculum and graduates who are able to compete at a higher level and have memorized the Al-Qur'an with good tahsin mastery.
