Criminal Liability in the Tourism Sphere as a Priority Area of National Security

The article is devoted to such a problem of development of domestic and foreign (outbound) tourism as personal safety of the tourist and safety of services rendered to him, provided by means of bringing guilty persons to criminal responsibility. In particular, the article analyzes the reasons for the criminalization of tour operating, defines the characteristic features of criminal responsibility in the field of tourism, indicates the factors that negatively affect the personal safety of tourists.
