On Some Special Aspects of Organization of Investigation of Murders Committed with the Use of Explosive Devices

The author examines some criminal law, criminalistic and criminal procedural features of the investigation of murders committed with the use of explosive devices, which determine the specifi cs of planning and conducting investigative, organizational, tactical and other actions. Attention is focused on the organization and production of an inspection of the scene and interrogations in cases of the category in question. The need to improve the technical and forensic support of crime investigation is emphasized.
