Special Aspects of Crime Scene Examination in the Investigation of Crimes Involving the Use of Prohibited War Means and Methods

The article deals with organizational issues of conducting an inspection of the scene of the incident in the investigation of crimes related to the use of prohibited means and methods of warfare. Based on the analysis of forensic investigative practice and own practical experience, an algorithm for conducting an inspection of the scene of the incident is proposed, its tactical and forensic aspects are disclosed, a list of necessary technical and forensic tools is outlined, and recommendations are given for detecting, fixing, removing and packing traces and objects found during an inspection of the scene of the incident during the investigation of these crimes.
