To investigate the differences of spontaneous brain activity and brain functional connectivity between chronic tinnitus patients with hearing loss and healthy control group. Resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging (rs-fMRI) was performed to obtain the low-frequency fluctuation amplitude (ALFF), regional homogeneity (ReHo) and functional connectivity (FC). In this study, compared with healthy controls, chronic tinnitus patients with hearing loss showed aberrant brain activity increased in the temporal lobe, frontal lobe, hippocampus, precuneus, amygdala and cingulate cortex. It provided additional evidence to understand the neuropathophysiological mechanism of chronic tinnitus with hearing loss.
