We used multiband pulses to obtain Magnetization Transfer (MT) weighted images at 0.55T in a time-efficient manner. White Matter (WM)/Grey Matter (GM) contrast is compared across several flip-angles for both GRE and bSSFP sequences. GRE showed larger MTR WM/GM difference but after accounting for signal-to-noise ratio bSSFP had 50% better contrast-to-noise ratio.
