Public Housing Savings in Fulfilling Citizens Constitutional Rights

This research aims to analyze the role of the state in fulfilling citizens constitutional rights regarding adequate housing through the Public Housing Savings (Tapera) policy. The research method used is normative juridical, with a statutory and historical approach. The primary data used includes laws, while secondary data consists of journals, online articles and various relevant online searches published in the last ten years. Analysis of the Tapera policy shows that the state is committed to increasing access to housing finance for the community, especially for those with low and middle incomes.
