Pachydermoperiostosis is a rare genetic condition characterized by clubbing, periostosis and pachydermia. We present a case with a severely affected phenotype, with significant cosmetic implications impacting wider presentation. Recognition and multidisciplinary management are essential when considering disease associations such as myelofibrosis and gastric ulceration. Further research is needed into the medical management of this condition’s dermatological features.
