The purpose of this study is to analyze the planning of infrastructure development in Wunut Village, Porong District, Sidoarjo Regency and to analyze the obstacles faced in the planning of infrastructure development in Wunut Village, Porong District, Sidoarjo Regency. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research. The focus of this study is the planning of infrastructure development in Wunut Village using the Syaodih theory, namely achieving better goals in the future, facilitating optimal resources, paying attention to limitations, and striving for effectiveness and efficiency. Data collection techniques are carried out by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique is qualitative descriptive. The results of this study found several problems related to infrastructure development planning in Wunut Village, Porong District, Sidoarjo Regency. First, lack of transparency, second, resource factors.
