This reseach to improve early counting skills in children aged 3-4 years at Rumah Bermain Alit. This study uses the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method by Kemmis and Mc Taggart, which consists of two cycles, each comprising four activities: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The use of number stick media showed a significant increase, as indicated by the pre-cycle average of 38%, cycle I average of 50%, and cycle II average of 78%. The indicators used were stating the sequence of numbers 1-10, arranging the sequence of numbers 1-10, and matching number symbols with numbers 1-10. Therefore, it is recommended that future reseacrh continue to explore the application of number stick media to improve early counting skills, which could provide significant contributions to the development of effective teaching methods and help young children understand the concept of counting from an early age.
