<ns3:p>We present a genome assembly from a female Mottled Beauty moth, <ns3:italic>Alcis repandata</ns3:italic> (Arthropoda; Insecta; Lepidoptera; Geometridae). The nuclear genome has a total length of 396.40 megabases. Most of the assembly is scaffolded into 32 chromosomal pseudomolecules, including the W and Z sex chromosomes. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled and is 15.47 kilobases in length. Gene annotation of this assembly on Ensembl identified 18,231 protein-coding genes.</ns3:p>
