The Family Hope Program (PKH) is an Indonesian government social protection initiative that aims to improve the welfare of poor and vulnerable families through financial assistance that supports basic needs such as education and health. However, the selection process for PKH beneficiaries in Pengembur Village, Pujut District, Central Lombok Regency still uses manual methods, which often result in the distribution of aid not being on target. The ROC method is used to determine the weight of relevant criteria in the assessment, while MAUT is applied to provide utility scores for alternative recipients based on predetermined criteria. This study involved data collection through observation, interviews, and questionnaires, The results of the study indicate that the MAUT method supported by ROC weighting can provide a more objective and accurate assessment compared to conventional methods. From the analysis, the best alternative PKH recipient is A1 with a utility value of 0.28112. This study concludes that the application of MAUT and ROC methods in a decision support system can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the PKH program, as well as ensure that assistance is distributed to families who really need it.
