We will report progress on utilizing high-efficiency, dual-junction organo-halide perovskite/Si PV architectures to demonstrate highly integrated, compact, efficient, and robust photoelectrochemical H 2 generators. Utilizing size-matched geometric areas for light absorbers, electrocatalysts, and membranes, we demonstrate PEC water splitting devices of 1 cm 2 with STH efficiency ≥15% under AM1.5 illumination. Durability data will be reported. Device design specifics including wiring schematics, membrane and catalyst characteristics, and fluid and gas flows will be reported.
