Analysis of the Legal Relationship Between Alternative Universe Writers and Idol Fans Made into Characters in Works of Fiction

This article discusses the relationship between the author of Alternative Universe and a fan of an idol who is against if his vision is used as a character in the story, but when the publication of Alternative Universe into a printed book no longer carries the idol. The research method used in this research is normative juridical where the author of this article uses laws and rules of law related to the topic of discussion. The author's purpose in conducting this research is to find out how the topic is in the view of the law, and to find out about legal protection for the author and his work when he gets negative attacks from those who oppose the work.
