Takotsubo cardiomyopathy: A case of young male with Broken Heart

Intubation and Mechanical ventilation are life saving measures to save life in critical ill patients. However unfavourable outcomes can happen, in individuals with high-risk may be predisposed to certain critical events.This is the unique and first reported case of a young male with Takotsubo cardiomyopathy (TC) in patient underwent intubation and mechanical ventilation in a patient with status asthmatics in our setup.Our case report express the importance of understanding possible mechanical ventilation complications, timely diagnosis and management with favorable outcome.
