The stir-casting technique is used among several methods to manufacture the aluminum metal matrix composite because the technique is less expensive. This research focuses on manufacturing to produce an economical composite with the aluminum compound's enhanced properties with SiC and Jute Ash Particles. The pin on disc tribometer is used to investigate the wear behavior, and the wear resistance is found to increase with the addition of strengthened particulate matter. The wear resistance of manufactured composites has been nearly four times higher than that of the base mattress. The best wear resistance of all manufactured samples was shown by SiC reinforced matrix metal. With the presence of reinforcement due to mechanically mixed layer formation, the friction coefficient decreased significantly. The composite's strength was increased as the load was transferred to strongly bonded reinforcement particles through reinforcement introduction. The introduction of reinforcement and Sample 2 with SiC improved microhardness, as reinforcement was the best. Scanning Electron Microscope ( SEM) analyzed the microstructure behavior and crack propagation of the base metal and manufactured composites.
