Paragangliomas are rare tumors arising from extra adrenal chromaffin cells. The incidence of primary pulmonary paraganglioma is even less. As new cases are added to the literature, clinical and radiological features become more diverse. It can be confused with carcinoid tumors due to its morphological and immunohistochemical features.
