Studies on UX/UI Design on digital platforms for social housing and User-Centered Design

This article is the result of part of a scientific initiation that sought to improve a digital guiding platform entitled “Renovation in the palm of your hand (Version 1)". The platform presents information and strategies designed for users, architects and residents of social housing, to promote resilient and sustains. The article addresses the user study, the pilot digital platform and the bibliographical research on UX/UI Design and User-Centered Design. This study supported the research stages and addresses the development of the platform in an improved version as the final product (Reform in the palm of your hand - Version 2). It is expected that the platform, in its final version, will contribute to meeting the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs 1, 10 and 11), producing content in the area of Technical Assistance for Housing Social Interest.
