This article presents the process of creating a series of souvenirs from the Right Whale for a social design project aimed at young people on Campeche Island and a form of information and awareness of the Island as a historical and cultural heritage, as well as fundraising aimed at protecting the Island. The souvenirs in question are a right whale themed series with various items, produced through digital manufacturing in recyclable polymer. The project was based on the Product Methodology discipline of the Product Design course at the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC) and involved detailed research as a starting point. This research included the history, fauna and flora of Campeche Island, as well as the specific needs and preferences of young students and visitors to the Island.
