The article proposed the development of a model to estimate the axial compressive strength of concrete using non-destructive tests, such as determining the ultrasonic wave propagation speed and electrical resistivity. Test specimens molded in the laboratory with different cements, concrete specimens from construction sites and structural mortar specimens were used. The results show that non-destructive tests allow accurate estimates of compressive strength with models developed from machine learning algorithms. The models obtained from machine learning algorithms made it possible to estimate the axial compressive strength in the field and in the laboratory with coefficients of determination greater than 0.85 and 0.95 respectively
