The above article is about research for implementing a visual monitor that evaluates the weld penetration during pulsed tungsten arc gas (GTAW) welding which used active shape model (ASM) and a random forest method. The research herein focuses on the shape of penalty experienced after VGG-SE network takes place, on the onset of the pulse with GTAW. The objective of this research is to choose AMM with the Random Forest as the Visual Sensor System, the system will gain in accuracy and efficiency for monitoring of welding penetration as a quality control measure and also improving upon the welding processes as a whole. Research work is planned to be applied in the possible new technology in the existence of both the CNN and attention modes as well as to upgrade the observation abilities and consequently the closed loop control of welding processes and furthermore the features of welding would be the basis of intelligence welding. The weldability of an incomplete weld is determined using the 'Fusion Zone Data Set' made up of different penetration states and an attention-based LSTM system. The analysis of the welding data is carried out and the key features are assigned attention weights showing that recognizing the penetration states during the welding process can be improved. It gives a chance to use cutting-edge technologies, that deliver maximum precision and reliability rates of porosity investigation of Al-Mg joints in the welding domain. The future prospect for Automation in Welding Sustainable Manufacturing is a brighter and must-regard aspect for the development of the welding industry because it will better incorporate by all stakeholders and produces competitive, eco-friendly, and efficient practices.
