Amino acids are fundamental components for different biologically active compounds and building blocks of protein, the physiochemical characteristics of amino acids in aqueous media have long been of interest because most biological reactions take place in these conditions. To find out different types of physiochemical interaction of two essential amino acids L-Arginine and L-Phenylalanine with drug Tyramine hydrochloride in aqueous media is the main objective of this work.In the ternary system of drug, amino acid, and aqueous media to find out the feasible intermolecular interaction of different thermodynamic properties -density, viscosity, surface tension, and electrolytic conductivity studies are performed in three different temperature and molal concentrations of the aqueous solution of TYH and derived different Physiochemical properties -apparent molar volume (Фv) limiting apparent molar volume (Фv 0 ), Falkenhagen coefficient (A) and viscosity B coefficient to analyze the solute-solvent interaction.
