The system adopts S7-1200 PLC controller and KTP 700 color touch screen, which is divided into 3 stations, feeding station, filling station and storage station. The system realizes the fully automatic operation of filling, capping, capping, testing, weighing, RFID writing information and warehousing of flaky drugs. Filling speed≥50 bottles / min.
