This study aims to analyze how self-acceptance and its implementation can positively impact self-concept, particularly at the high school level. This research employs a quantitative experimental method of the Quasi-Experiment type with 120 students from SMA Negeri 1 Bangsal, Mojokerto, divided into two groups: an experimental group (60 students) and a control group (60 students). The implementation of self-acceptance was conducted through training focused on self-acceptance and appreciation of strengths and weaknesses. The research design uses a Non-Randomized Control Trial Experiment, as the subjects were not selected randomly. Parametric statistics using Independent Sample T-Test analysis were used to determine the difference in self-confidence scores between the experimental and control groups, while the Paired Sample T-test was used to observe differences in pre-test and post-test scores. The results show that self-acceptance training effectively enhances the positive self-concept of students.
