Abstract

In the context of the need to achieve the objectives of administrative responsibility and the proper implementation of the fundamental principles of public law regulation, the author of the article substantiates the conclusion that the actions of the person who committed the nonpayment of an administrative fine within the prescribed period if the subject of administrative jurisdiction does not specify the details for payment in the decision on the case of an administrative offense, the composition of an administrative offense provided for in Part 1 of Article 20.25 of the Administrative Offense Code of the Russian Federation.
