An important result of the judicial reform in the Kyrgyz Republic is the adoption in 2017 of the Code of Administrative Procedure and the creation of a system of administrative courts. The article shows the specifics of the model of administrative justice that has developed in Kyrgyzstan. Based on the analysis of legislation and law enforcement practice, a set of measures for its further improvement is proposed: changing the territorial organization of the courts of appeal, ensuring the possibility of using digital technologies in the administration of justice, restoring the supervisory authority, clarifying a number of administrative procedures.
