This research was conducted in response to the self-esteem issues among high school students (SMA/SMK) who are members of PASKIBRA in Krian District. The aim is to understand the self-esteem levels of active members of the Paskibra extracurricular activity in Krian District. The research population consists of 103 students, and a saturated sampling technique was used so that the entire population was taken as the sample. Data were collected using a self-esteem scale adopted from Utari's scale based on Coopersmith's aspects. The instrument used was valid (rit > 0.30) and reliable (Cronbach's Alpha = 0.927) with the assistance of the JASP program version 0.18. The results showed that 12 students (12%) had low self-esteem, 78 students (76%) had moderate self-esteem, and 13 students (13%) had high self-esteem. Descriptively, low self-esteem issues were higher among female students compared to male students.
