This article examines the phenomenon of the digitalization process from the perspective of its current dynamics and development trends in the socio-political climate of Russia. Digital technologies are becoming a key factor in the social dynamics of Russian society. Despite the progressive nature of the digitalization process, the spread of the latest technologies leads to an increasing background of uncertainty, including both social and political risks. The article identifies the main risks and uncertainties associated with the development of digital innovations and essential for the adoption of legislation in this area, ensuring security and protection of the rights and interests of individuals, society and the state.
