The melt‐quenched glassy‐crystalline As 70 Se 30 alloys subjected to nanomilling in dry and combined dry‐wet modes are probed by positron annihilation lifetime (PAL) spectroscopy. Modified Positronics approach parameterizing conversion of Ps‐hosting holes in positron trapping sites is applied to identify volumetric changes in the polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) stabilized alloys in respect to dry‐milled ones. Under transition from wet‐ to dry‐milled arsenoselenide probes, positron traps with defect‐specific lifetime ascribed to multiatomic vacancies in As–Se network appear instead of Ps‐decaying sites preferentially in PVP environment, these changes occurring in the oxidized arsenoselenide matrix.
