The Cover Feature illustrates a novel automated method for foam analysis. Microscope images undergo pre-processing, segmentation and edge bubble removal to determine bubble size and shape. The steps involved are represented by the dynamically approaching images, which also symbolize the energy input from whisking the samples. Zoomed sections highlight the different investigated systems of foams stabilized by hydrophobin, bovine serum albumin, and their mixtures. These show characteristic differences in bubble size evolution and bubble shape. More information can be found in the Research Article by J. Krom, K. Meister and T. A.
