The work is devoted to the study of the specifics of the place of the institution of disclosure of evidence in arbitration procedural law. It has been established that the disclosure of evidence is an independent auxiliary institution of the judicial evidence procedure that promotes justice. It is determined that the basis of the institute of evidence disclosure in the UK is its positioning as a stage of the trial. As a result of the conducted research, the author concludes that there is a direct causal relationship between the place of disclosure of evidence in domestic arbitration procedural law and the inefficiency of disclosure of evidence as an institution in the domestic legal order.
