Abstract

Limited evidence exists regarding the effects of non-invasive ventilation (NIV) on the prognosis of patients with concomitant chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), also known as overlap syndrome (OS). This study aimed to assess whether NIV alongside standard care could improve the prognosis of this cohort.
