Duodenal carcinoid is a rare tumor with no specic guidelines for management and is traditionally managed by a pancreaticoduodenectomy. The main issue with this procedure is the high morbidity even in expert hands and a perioperative mortality rate of 1-2%. In this case report, we describe a case of multiple duodenal carcinoids managed without a formal pancreaticoduodenectomy, who underwent a subtotal duodenectomy with reimplantation of ampulla of Vater in the jejunum.
