Angiomyobroblastoma is a rare benign non-recurring soft tissue tumor. It usually occours in the vulvovaginal region and may be mistaken for a Bartholin's cyst or other benign tumors. Spindle cell proliferating around thin walled vessels are the main components of this tumor. Lipomatous variant shows intralesional adipocytes. We report a case of a 24 year old female with complaints of mass per vaginum and menorrhagia. Pelvic examination revealed a huge mass in the anterior vaginal wall. Radiologic examination (MRI) showed a lobulated solid soft tissue mass measuring 9x8 cm in the vaginal wall. Fine needle aspiration under CT guidance revealed features of benign vascular neoplasm with spindle cell components. After surgical excision, histopathological examination showed bland spindle cells, thin walled vessels and adipose tissue. Based on the above ndings a diagnosis of Lipomatous variant of Angiomyobroblastoma was given.
