In order to improve testing efficiency and reduce testing costs, the two-degree-of-freedom (two-DOF) fatigue loading is an effective testing method for wind turbine blades. An electrically driven inertial excitation device based on a crank-slider structure was designed, and the energy method was used to calculate the energy consumption and power parameters to construct a bidirectional resonance-type wind turbine blade fatigue test system. The LaGrange’s Equation method was used to establish the dynamic model of bidirectional fatigue loading of wind blade, and combined with the equation of state of the three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor in the d-q coordinate system, the electromechanical coupling equations of the system were jointly constructed. The simulation model was established by using MATLAB software to carry out the numerical simulation analysis, and the fundamental law of the system’s coupled vibration process was obtained, offering insights into the design of the blade fatigue test system and control algorithm.
